Mentorship is about sharing your knowledge, experience, and perspective to help someone unlock their potential.

As a volunteer mentor, you will guide a mentee through a structured mentorship journey that includes getting to know one another, setting goals, providing guidance, and supporting progress through to completion. Mentorship relationships are typically matched based on your experience and preferences.

The process includes a short onboarding, followed by matched introductions with potential mentees. You will have the option to accept or decline each match. Once paired, you will work through a guided mentorship cycle focused on building trust, setting direction, achieving goals, and closing the relationship meaningfully.

Mentors are also supported with guidance materials and periodic check-ins to help ensure a positive and impactful experience for both mentor and mentee.

  • Deliverables: Recommended deliverables: • Regular mentorship check-ins with assigned mentee(s) • Support mentee in setting and reviewing personal or professional goals • Provide guidance, feedback, and knowledge based on experience • Participate in structured onboarding and onboarding materials • Complete brief periodic feedback surveys to support programme improvement • Contribute to a positive, supportive mentorship relationship throughout the cycle
